You know, if this scene ever existed, that eye locking moment between them will probably convey more then this picture shows. It's pretty much the ultimate decision these two characters would have to make, everylasting love, or fight to the death. But if I made a movie with a scene like this, I'd have it so that draco does have her under wand and she's standing still waiting for the curse to hit while she remembers all the things that happened between them in Hogwarts. Then he shouts 'Avada Kedavera' and the flare of green lights her up blowing her hair back. And she just stands there in shock as he lowers his wand. Then the thump of a dead death eater drops behind her. After feeling the curse brush past her, she drops her wand and walks into his arms. That would make one heck of a touching moment in the middle of battle.
